3. About Acceptance

5. Certificate Request Process

- Delivery of Certificates – Certificates will be sent via post. Delivery timelines are subject to the processing times of the issuing authorities.

9. Refund Policy
- Refund Period – You may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided we have not begun processing your application.
- Administration Fees – Refunds may be subject to administration fees, disclosed upon request.
- Non-Refundable Service – Once services have been completed or certificates ordered, refunds are not available.
- Refund Requests – Requests must be submitted to help@ukcertificates.org.
- In cases where we are unable to locate any of your orders we will refund you the cost of the search but we are unable to refund you the administration charge as our team have tried to locate your order.

- Resolution – We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days.

15. Fees relating to the service
- Swift Archives is charged £16 for Birth Certificates.
- Swift Archives is charged £12.50 for Marriage Certificates.
- Swift Archives is charged £12.50 for Death Certificates.
- Swift Archives is charged an additional £4.00 if the GRO reference is unknown.
- Swift Archives is charged £42.50 for next day delivery of Birth Certificates.
- Swift Archives is charged £38.50 for next day delivery of Marriage Certificates.
- Swift Archives is charged £38.50 for next day delivery of Death Certificates.
- Any fee charged in addition to the above is a search fee payable to Swift Archives for any administrative works carried out.
